On the 18th April 2024, the prestigious East of England Energy Efficiency Awards unfolded at the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Peterborough. Amongst the leading lights of the energy efficiency sector, our team at SolarTherm UK stood proud, basking in the glow of recognition and achievement.
Out of a formidable pool of 170 applicants, we were honoured to find ourselves shortlisted for not one, but two accolades. This was a fantastic recognition of the dedication and expertise the team have brought to the solar and renewables landscape in the past years.
As the evening progressed, anticipation mounted, and when the moment arrived the team were thrilled to receive not one, but two ‘Highly Commended’ awards. The first, ‘Small Scale Project of the Year’, highlighted our recent work at Bancroft’s School, underlining our commitment to making a tangible impact on a local level.
The second award, ‘Solar PV Installer and Contractor of the Year’, reaffirmed our standing as leaders in the field, recognised for our excellence and innovation.
The ceremony itself was a testament to the collective passion and drive within the industry as a whole. Against a backdrop of camaraderie and shared purpose, we had the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals, exchanging insights with those who share a common cause.
Of course, no celebration would be complete without a feast, and the three-course meal provided the perfect backdrop for toasting our achievements!
